Refund, Return and Cancellation Policies

Our goal is for you to be completely confident and comfortable with our custom ordering process. We will work together from the beginning on all decisions regarding your bouquet. There will be detailed photos of your bouquet e-mailed to you for final approval and you must sign off on your order before it is shipped. We will complete the order to your specifications and will only ship when you are absolutely thrilled with your completed order. If you receive your bouquet and it is damaged during shipping or is not as described, your purchase will be replaced. On all special orders there is a 50% deposit requested before the design process begins. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your bouquet. Crystal Brooch Bouquets will ship as soon as all payments have been received. If you wish to cancel your order prior to completion, your deposit will be forfeited. That said, we will do everything in our power ensure you never wish to cancel an order. Complete customer satisfaction is what we strive for.
